Ouch. I went to the gym and realized that I am out of shape. I mean, I knew I was out of shape, but I didn't know that I was unable to run a whole mile! This coming from someone that used to run 3 miles with no problem.
So back to it. I'm going to run a lot this week while I can. Hubby is off work all week and I'm off until Tuesday. I hope to log in 10 miles between now and Tuesday.
