global warming hits the south

Last night I drifted off to sleep with visions "ice, snow, and below freezing temperatures" dancing in my head. I thought ahead to Christmas and thought... could we possibly have a white Christmas this year? Has the weather pattern finally shifted to a cooler trend that seems to cycle every 20 years or so? Can I drive over to Al Gore's house in Nashville and buy some carbon offsets just for a good laugh?



Unfortunately, the ice missed us, but it's ok.  I still have last week's snow pictures to tide me over...
