though I didn't know him personally...
... I felt I did as many a night he would be on the television giving the nightly news. Dan Miller passed away in his hometown of Augusta, GA while walking with his two friends from WSMV Rudy Kalis and Terry Bulger of an apparent heart attack. They were there for the Masters' Tournament.
