So now that it is finally August 1st, it's time to set some goals for the second half of the year.
- Lose the rest of the baby weight. It's a tough one though perhaps with the hormones of nursing, I'm not sure. I have 8 lbs to go to be what I weighed prior to getting pregnant. BUT, for some reason I think things have moved around a bit and it'll take another 10 or so to fit in my clothes... just my thought.
- Run the 5K on Labor Day. This one is hard too. My back is acting up and I bet it has to do with #1 and carrying around a 14 lb baby.
- Gym Routine - I'm a member of a gym and need to utilize it at least 3-4 times per week. I need to be incorporating my weight workout back in... and use their nursery!
Yep... all goals about my figure, once again.
