It’s about time we had some rain!  I have one tree that looks pitiful, but everything else hung in there rather well during the drought.  I hope it’s over!  I am super ready for fall.  I am ready for the Titans games, the coolness in the air, golf in the fall, my brother’s wedding, and hopefully the job that I want.  I’m still waiting.  I did put my eggs all in one basket this time.  Let’s hope it pans out, if not…  well I might have to go back to a hospital to work because I certainly can’t deal with the public in retail demanding to know why their copay went up $10, why did their doctor not approve a refill of their pain medication, and why is it taking so long.  I received the same treatment when I worked fast food in college! 

It is hard finding that perfect job.  It is difficult sacrificing schedule for a good environment and a good environment for schedule.  It is hard being promised one thing prior to being hired, not getting it in writing, and then not getting it when the job starts.  It is hard to work for someone who reminds you that he sweetened the pot and that perception is reality - and he’s sorry for that.

So, my last day is tomorrow.  And in the meantime doing everything I can for the job I want to go through.  It’s almost perfect for me with a few points that may be not so good, but it’ll work with my present situation VERY well!  As soon as I get it, I will post a little about it.  Though I try really hard not to post too much about my job here.  Wish me luck!
